The Payne Team

The Payne Team was formed in 2006 by Gavin Payne in a collaborative effort with Cheryl Priolo, Ginny Senn and new addition Adam Quaglino. Each member brings to the team a wealth of experience and knowledge of real estate and the San Luis Obispo community. This diverse pool of experiences from professional athlete to school teacher and marketing professional combines to provide outstanding service to their clients and community.

Gavin Payne begins 2009 as the top producing agent in the city of San Luis Obispo for the past 2 years. Born and raised in Australia gives him a global view of business and his extensive background in professional sports, product development and web marketing provide both the competitive drive, discipline and experience to lead the sales team to another successful year.

For the past five years we have sold more property in the city of San Luis Obispo than any other company whether private or franchised. In addition, since 2004 we have sold more property county wide than any other brokerage with an office based in San Luis Obispo.
